"You try to train elite troops"

.. OK.

So did I succeed in my attempt?
Why not add to the sentence: "and you succeed" or "and you don't succeed".

Even better:
"Elite troops were trained as per your orders" or
"Attempt to train elite troops was unsuccessful"

Just a suggestion.

Good ideas.

Meanwhile, check the F2 page in your ledger....

In case you don't know (i think it says so on the option tooltip) there is a 25% chance to get an elite replacement and a 75% chance to get regular replacement instead.
Indeed looking at the F2 page should let you know what you get. Elite are so uncommon that they are easy to notice when you get one ;)
Cheers!

I have no problem with the game mechanic. It's just that the text is a bit unclear/confusing.

In other words, I *know* what I am *trying* to do. What I want to know is the *outcome* of my attempt.

Sorry if I'm not clear, it's not really such a big issue to make a fuss over.
