Major Andrew Lewis over a Col.

1775-1783 Campaign
I showed a Major having more senority than a Col. So I did some research.
If this is the same guy:

He was not a Major!
From the American Revolution part:
In March of 1776, Lewis accepted his appointment as a Brigadier General in the Continental Army.
