About the 1755 campaign

This is the translation of my same post in french.

I'm playing a 1755 campaing with France (which name in french should be "Pour quelques arpents de neige", according to Voltaire - not "acres") begun under 1.04c beta and patched with official.

I met a few issues.

I took Oswego and Albany and then rallied the Iroquois thanks to the subsequent event. An Iroquois village was holding a british army. When the event fired, the Iroquois were expelled from their village and now beseige (being locked) the british army inside it.
Should the opposite have happened ?

The newspaper which informs of this event don't have any image. Should there be one ? (maybe journal-img1_IndianTreaty.bmp ?)

When I took Oswego in july 55, I received VP and the brit lost some. When I took Albany, the Oswego VP event repeated, I received a newspaper message to inform me of the fall of fort Oswego (which wasn't built) and I received another VP bonus (and another malus fort the british).

Notice that I didn't have a newspaper message in july 55, only a line in the text box and the Victory Points.
(No image there neither)

Should this event have happened only once ?

Just in case, the savegame files are here. :)

We'll look at these.

There is a large Army inside the village. I agree that the British should be expelled, and will ask for clarification in the beta forum.

Before starting the campaign, I had a look at the DB to try to understand what were the Iroquois shifting conditions... but I renounced ! :o

NB: Voltaire parlait bien "d'Arpents".... et quoi qu'on pense du philosophe, sa phrase justifiée dans le contexte franco-français de l'époque est une immense anerie... ;)
