PBEM issue

Hey all ive just started my first PBEM game and played out my turn sent the file to my opponent who has sent me back the .ORD file the problem is i cant get the file to appear in the correct place so that i can load it and continue the game i play other PBEM games no problems but this is my first AGEOD PBEM.After i open the Zip file i try extract the files to the WIA saves folder is this the wrong place to put them as they wont appear there so when i click the Load a previously saved game option the file is not in there its all a bit confusing any help would be great.
