when the brits owned boston supply lvl in summer was 13(lvl 2 city, lvl 2 harbour plus terrain)now the americans own it supply lvl has gone up to 15-17 in winter,20+ in summer despite the harbour being blockaded.no new structures have been built.is this intended as another boost to the AI or is something wrong?

enough so that an AI force takes nearly 3 times longer to starve than a player force in the same situation?

Well, I could try to guess while you play 20 questions, or you could be proactive and send a saved game to the appropriate place.
Note that it will be some time before I look at anything WIA, as RoP is top priority for me right now.....

sorry but ive already deleted the game and thrown the disk in the bin where it belongs.after 2 months of trying to get WIA to work properly i finally had enough.far too many bugs, anomolies and illogicalities for me to continue.so ends my 'fling' with ageod.
thx for your efforts lodi but ageod really must do better!

That was quick. I hope you will reconsider some day as otherwise you'll be missing out on a lot of good games. All of Ageod's games have a steep learning curve. You can't expect to learn all there is to know in a single game. I've been playing these games regularly since BoA and am still learning new stuff every time. Sometimes it's a bit frustrating, but generally I'm enjoying the games even more than I did in the days of BoA...

AGEOD's games are, IMO, marvelous - the closest I've found yet to the detailed and accurate paper wargames (AH, SPI, etc, etc) I started playing in the 70s. In a market dominated by first-person shooters and so on, I'm very glad someone is producing computer strategy/military simulation games for the hardcore grognard.
But they're probably not everyone's cup of tea - I can see how the complexity which makes them attractive to me might be frustrating to someone else. Chacun a son gout.
