Nice game, was wondering why I can't build a depot in Boston. Have control of city, two wagons, activated general, but no button for depot, although there is a fort button activated with cannon. My guess, not enough region control? While I have you here; anyone know what the -1FE means per mo.during 6mo. in the diplo options.
Thanks

Hi!

Maybe your supply wagons are not up to strength? The fort just needs one supply wagon unit+1 arty units so it seems one is OK.
But maybe the other is too damaged. I thin it needs to have more than 50% strength.
By the way, if you happen to have some batteaux around or some naval transport or merchant unit, they can also be used for building depots on port towns.
Batteaux and merchants are particularly cost effective for this

The FE stands for Foreign Entry (i think). The option means you will delay the French intervention in help of the americans.
Regards!

If you are using the beta patch [1.05], you will now need 8 elements of supply [the equivalent of 2 full wagons], at 50% strength or higher...

Thanks arsen - Two supply wagons, four elements in one,two elements in the other, full strength? then going down fast. I moved ships out of port with troops, landed in Portsmouth (enough supply there). I remember something about leaving the wagons independent(alone as two) or is that for the war twixt the states game, maybe I should have sailed away form Boston like Howe did. Thanks for the tip with the ships here.
