[/B]If you guys don´t be able to put more scenarios the game will die...
i have some ideas...
the king phillip war scenario, an alliance of indians against new england colonies.
New amsterdam versus esopus indians (kieft war, syuyvesand war)
seminole war
the beaver wars (the destruction of the indian confederacys around iroquoia)
vermont war...what if the republic of vermont decline belong to the new recently eua? fight in the green mountains to defend your liberty.
rogers st francis raid...very dangerous expedition across the most rugged wilderness terrain...
what if levis can reconquer quebec...can he maintain the st. lawrence valley free of amherst and his armies?
The war for Acadia: father rasles, baron the st castin, the indian tribes...all against the rentlessly incursion of british colons to the dawnland.
ps: i'm portuguese, so excuse my poor english...

Have you thought about doing independent scenario creation before?

Hello Iroquois !
A new scenario is in construction and should be released in a further patch.
Have you thought about creating you own scenario ? Ageod community already have some modders who propose new content for our games

I don't think the game will die, but those are some very interesting scenario ideas.
I especially like the Beaver Wars scenario idea. Would take a bit of work though due to the time period.

i have the knowledge for a great scenario of the beaver wars:
nations:
iroquois confederacy (mohawk, oneida, onondaga, cayuga, seneca)
each one in alliance with the rest, but each one have his own goals. they coveted the more valuable furs from the north. but this commerce is already in the hands of the hurons...in upstate new york, homeland of the iroquois the furs are not so much...perhaps you can imagine the desteny of the iroquois, encroached between the french, the dutch and the more populous indian confederations they must find a way...or they vanished.
huron confederacy, allied with the french, the montagnais and the algonquin, they control the fur trade and the commerce routes of the great lakes. they find in the french a great partner. but the iroquois menace his supremacy in the fur trade.
mahicans (hudson valley) allied with the abenakis and the lower hudson tribes, before the arrival ofthe dutch on the hudson they count 1000 warriors. scatered in small villages in the forests they fight the mohawks and loose.
neutrals (a loose federation of tribes inhabited niagara region), they control the niagara pass, and when the defeated hurons sought refuge among them they acepted. this enraged the iroquois who attack his villages.
susquehannocks, very powerful tribe of the upper susquehanna river. legend said that in only one village they count 1700 warriors. fierce enough to mantain a guerrilla warfare with the iroquois for 20 years they sucumbed to a raid made by maryland colonists on his fort.
lenape, the grandfathers of the algonquin tribes, respected by manny the are excellent warriors but live in scatered villages and this only benefitted his enemies. they mantain a arrogant presence with new sweden.
ottawas: when the huron are vanished in the frozen forests defeated by a army of 1000 iroquois warriors...the ottawas seized the empty place of the hurons, but the iroquois didn't like.
petun, they are know by the sugestive name the tobbaco nation, but when they receive huron refugees the iroquois warned them...and the next year they make a simpatic visit to his villages...
the dutch, they settled manhatan and the lower hudosn valley, they maintain a fort (orange) in the upper hudson, were is now albany. they mantain a loose balance between the mahicans and the mohawks. the last want free access to the monopoly of fur trade that the mahicans have with the dutch.
the dutch wants to the fur trade thatnew sweden maintain with the susquehannocks and the delawares.
the french, settled the st lawrence (quebec, trois rivieres, montreal), champlain, and the jesuits open a channel trade with the hurons, and when champlain go for war with them against the mohawks, things are more clear now. the french huron algonquin alliance must preserve the st lawrence ottawa great lakes route open or new france will perish.
british...they are far away, in new england, but they supplie the abenakis and mahicans with arms and powder...from pinchon tradehouse in connecticut.
new sweden...they are few, but entrepeneurs...and when they have the susquehannock and the delawares within his spheres of commerce they can mantain a foothold in the new world...but the dutch want that commerce...so...
this is the turmoil of northeastern north america...in these days...blood, revenge, torture, great and small raids...villages burned...europeans inside the forts...

Hi Iroquois, Pontiacs war will be out next year (hopefully early). It's the first scenario I have made for AGEOD. It's quite time consuming but a lot of fun. Why not try and make one of your ideas yourself. Something like the raid on St. Francis would be fairly easy to do as it is such a small scenario.
I would be happy to help you with it should you need any advice to get started. Quite a few interesting "What if" scenarios could be made for the game I agree.
Cheers, Chris

I've been so busy playing the extended campaigns via PBEM I haven't had the opportunity to pour through all the scenarios yet! I advise anyone who feels the need for more to try out playing a game against a human opponent. Definitely adds a whole new dimension to the game!
thumbs up

Excellent suggestions, Iroquois.
I made similar suggestions a few months ago, but yours is a deeper and more extensive list.
You also got a better response than I did.
From my list, may I also add:
The Wars of the Powhatan Confederacy
I would even include the campaigns of conquest of Coronado and De Soto in the 16th century.
I'm not a computer expert, I'd leave to others, but I agree that WiA need to add many more scenarios.
Iroquois has shown that Ageod has not even scratched the surface in the potential to expand the endless scenarios of this era in North America.

I agree, but I think it's up to the AGEOD community to make the scenarios. They have given us the tools to do this and as with other games the longevity of a game is really down to what the players are prepared to do with it.

I did some research on King George's War in Acadia and on the War of Jenkin's Ear in Georgia/Florida. Anyone who wants to try to use it in a mod should look
here and
here

I've just about finished with Pontiac's War and have ordered a couple of books on the later 17th Century wars in the Americas. I plan on doing one of these (hopefully I will be quicker now), but there is some great stuff here Orca, I may well take a look at making a scenario with this in the future as well. Some very useful sites.
Thanks (belatedly),
Chris
