So far, I'm impressed. Seems to be more polished, more refined than AACW, as you would expect, WIA being a successor game and in version 2.
And plenty of shorter, hence easily
playable scenarios. Something I can play in an evening, or maybe just a relaxed weekend.

This is the first game I've played from Ageod and I've been finding it very enjoyable. I look forward to trying out some of the others. Very nice job.

Thanks Rayban, and welcome!
We will continue to improve WIA [BoA2] as time passes.
I recommend that you keep up with the patches

I'd like to add my voice to those praising WIA. I bought AACW before I bought WIA,, but it was too much for me. Too many units + too many new rules = too confusing. So I bought WIA on the theory that everything would just kind of be smaller, making things easier to understand, and it turns out I was right. WIA is smaller and easier to manage, at least at first. Anyway, the bottom line is I'm now having a blast because I finally understand the game system. Funny thing is, I'm finding this era so absorbing that I'm not in any big hurry to get back to the Civil War...but I know that when I do I'm gonna love it. Great game. Great game.
