Italy map mistake!

Noticed a mistake within Italy regions!
Within Region NOVARA there's the town of VERCELLI.
Indeed there is a VERCELLI Region in the map, too
Town within Region NOVARA should be properly named NOVARA, too.
Indeed, note, NOVARA town is on the western bank of Ticino river.
