Problem with 1.03 patch

When trying to resolve the French turn in either the tutorials or the Austerlitz scenario it gives a warning box "Wrong Supply type received by the French GHQ." What is the issue with that?
I am running Vista with 1.02c download upgraded to 1.03 patch

It means that the French GHQ, which is located at Ageod.com, has not received the correct amount of supply in euros from you.

Please, just downloaded the 1.03 patch, but not installed yet.
Is this patch "complete" , can i just install this one ? or i have to find previous patch too ?

The 1.03 patch is complete, unless you have bought the boxed version of the game (from Nobilis), in which case you need to apply the "foundation patch" first, more info about this here:

Thank you, merci bien, i suppose that as i have a BOX Version bought in France last Xmas i have to install the FOUNDATION PATCH first then..
