Its a good question.

If we are a new customer and download the latest update, is the missing MS Vista .dll part of the update? (I did not see it listed.)

OR, will the new customer have to download it separately?

Inquiring minds want to know. :sourcil:

As far as I know you have to download it separately. Even if the dll can be downloaded for free, this does not necessarily mean that Ageod is allowed to distribute it. I think this was the reason why it is not included in the patch.
