Game crashes at start

Hello all,
I bought the game today,installed it and patched it in ver 1.03c with no problem,but when I launch it I get a critical error and I go back to windows.I attached the error log.

The error log indicates: "Failed to find ini file for voices"
It seems you are missing the ini files in the NCP\Sounds directory.

Thanks for helping,
I looked myself at the Main Log and it seems I am also missing 3 other files:
-CloudAnim.png
-Explosion.bmp
-Factory Smoke.png
Is there a way to get those files?

Hi evans!
I think that other files will probably not be necessary. All AGEOD games share part of the same game engine and that missing files you are referring to seems to be from another game. Thy don't look like NCP ones to me.
Try uninstalling completely, deleting anything left form the NCP folder and doing a full clean reinstall o the game, as it seem something went badly when you installed it first because you are missing the ini files in the NCP\Sounds directory Pocus explains.
After that, update the game with the latest patch. Its 1.05a , not the 1.03c you are using now.

Okay,thanks a lot.I'll try that tomorrow morning and I will post the result.
EDIT:Okay,I edited my message instead of posting another one.I did what you said arsan but it still doesn't work but when I try launching the game with no patches (ver 1.00),it works
.But when I patch it (ver 1.05),i get the critical error and it says im missing the ini voice file

I forgot to say that I had the french box edition ver 1.00
.I searched the forum and it seems I need the foundation patch,im downloading it and im going to re-install the game and see if it works,I will edit my post after

My bad,sorry for that.But now it works!!!
I re-installed the game,installed the foundation patch and the 1.05 patch and it works.Thanks to both of you for helping me
