Unit detail panel visibility fix

As the normal panel doesn't not allow to read the lower line with men, horses and canons I thought I modify it a bit.
Place the file in \NCP\Graphics\FrontEnd\SubUnits Panel
Use ModelDetailsBack.png for the English & German version and ModelDetailsBack FR.png for the French version.
