slow download rate

Hi all,
I just want provide a little feedback about games download rate.
Really, in my humble opinion, download rate about 25-35 KB/s is a way too slow by today standards.
I have just bought Alea Jacta Est, and now I have to wait 7-8 hours to download 700MB file. This is ridiculous.
No offense, but you guys probably should consider some ways to increase your download rates/bandwidth.
