Reinforcements

I have now completed the Prussian scenario and started the Trafalgar Scenario on the demo 1.01a and I am having problems receiving reinforcements. The 'available replacements' tab has lots available and I have a surplus of conscripts but even if I leave an army in a high level city that is well supplied, I still don't get my losses replaced and the only new units that I receive are supply trains. Is something wrong with this demo or have I missed a command to receive replacements?

I don't think you get replacements in the demo
