Are the in-game tips listed in a file?

I've noticed that there are some useful in-game tips displayed in between turns, but on my computer they don't stay on the screen long enough to read them properly. Are these tips listed in a file somewhere? Thanks

Yes, in one of the csv files you can find in the settings directory.

I can't seem to find the relevant part of any of the files for this, which one should I be looking at? Thanks

The strings can be found in the file: [font="Courier New"]LocalStrings_NCP.csv[/font].
Feel free to propose more tips which could be displayed.
