Wow...... :niark:

I like them both.....But especialy the addition of some sea power. Hooorah!!

Playing the dual 05 campaign is a kick. Sea power was the one aspect of the era that was seriously lacking. So Im very pleased to see this first real implementation of this important type of warfare. I can only say one thing. MORE!!!! :sourcil:

Suggestion: As more campaigns that implement this important aspect are created, Im thinking it would be nice to have a bit more efficient way of off loading troops. Selecting 20+ units one at a time to assault land is a bit ungainly. It's very easy to miss a unit as your scrolling through.

Playing the same 05 campaign it quikly becomes apparent how sophisticated the AI will have to be for a grand campaign. With the huge map,so many different forces, and nations. Add the need for a sophisticated Diplomacy system. Holy cow.......*drooling* Is it ready yet? Huh?....huh? :siffle:

Personally, this is not what I am looking for. I appreciate the focus of the game on operational warfare and the speed with which I play a turn, and I personally don't want to meddle into diplomacy, production, etc. Otherwise I'd be playing Crown of Glory or Empire in Arms, fine games in themselves, but with a big time budget.

Please keep the smaller scenarios, for people with a life.

Just my opinion.

Yes I agree with last post....as a working man, (the non-stripping kind ;P) it's nice to be able to come home for a 1 hour session and be able to get through a significant chunk of a campaign without being bogged down by micromanaging diplomacy and such.

I would highly recommend anyone interested in a more diplomatic and strategic experience to try EU III or Crown of Glory....both very good in those aspects.

lol....not to pump non-ageod titles on ageod's forum or anything.... :sourcil:

AGEOD enjoys a good relationship with Paradox, as is evidenced by BoA and ACW being sold through Paradox' subsidiary Gamer's Gate :)

We also believe that having several titles that people enjoy is a good thing for the strategic gaming community, especially when those titles are able to cater to the various things that people look for in strategy games.

In short, no worries :)
