System Restore leads to loss of purchased download

How can I get another downloaded copy without having to drop another 50 bucks? Some problems with the computer forced me to execute a system restore, one which I couldn't actually manually control and it sent me back to before I purchased and downloaded NCP

Big plus for nice customer support; big minus for the whole Orwellian thing.
I'd say Pocus comes out just about even on that one

lol....yeah I noticed the eerie feeling I got when Pocus knew my name and where I lived. I suppose I'll try and avoid pissing him off.
