Hi, I am currently playing an Pbem game, I have a question I hope you can help me with, for an army or corps to recieve troop reinforcements do you have to be in the same region as a city or depot, or do you just have to be in supply?

Ive just read the updated manual, it explaines reinforcements in detail, you dont need to answer this question.
