Using the ledger, is there any way to filter a view of Armies or Corps?

you can filter armies by selecting the HQ icon. For corps, not directly, you can try filtering on leaders and then do a sort on ranks.

but, that wouldnt be a fail-safe method as al HQ arent necessarily in armies, and 3/2 star generals may not be assigned to armies/coprs

Right... there is no work-around for now, sorry. If the next question is, when will we do something on that, I just can't respond precisely
