Troop Replacements

I was hoping someone else would ask, so I wouldn't have to- but no such luck.
If there are no replacements in the ledger for non-French troops, do the Polish or Italiens (ect) ever replenish? Even slowly that I am not noticing?
If not, these troops are more of a liability- often disintegrating just walking around, before they ever see a battle. I just take them out of the OOB at the scenerio start. For example in the spainish ulcer or the clash of nations scenerios.
I have multitudes of French replacements and can order more. Should not the depos deposit a few of the allied nationals too?
