I have not received an email...I assume it should have gone to everyone who pre-ordered. Help!

Thanks for the suggestion as I had not thought of that but no luck unfortunately.

OK I think I have isolated the problem to PayPal - for some unknown reason it sent my payment as an echeque instead of the instant payment that it has done on all previous purchases.

It is listed as "pending" and not expected to clear until at least 16th November leure: .

Unless anyone has any bright ideas about this then I guess it will have to wait until the weekend at the earliest.

I also ordered the game using Paypal November 7th and I have not seen an email either. Will wait patiently for the situation to clear... leure: and then when I get the email and download the game....I will be...

I also have not received any email with my code. I have verified that my credit card has been charged. I order on the 7th and received 2 confirmation email.

Oh..well....other people have the game and are enjoying it. No email via Paypal as yet.... leure:....patience is a virtue.
I look forward to this game.
I can only imagine how good it will be...considering the fine efforts like BOA and ACW.

It has been two days now and I still have not gotten an email with download link and activation code. I have sente emails to both telechargement and to AGEOD and have not gotten any reason for the delay. I was really looking forward to having NC for my days off

Stralamir, I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't gotten an e-mail. Since you say you have mailed AGEOD (contact@ageod.com, as per http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?t=6302 ?), can you PM me the mail address you sent from? I'll then see what I can find out.

Yes I am in the same boat. I preordered the game November 7th thru Paypal...and I have sent a message via contact@ageod.com. I actually had sent you a message (including the ordering info) about this and you told me that they were aware of the problem and would take care of it...I am assuming that this is being done (could be a number of people had this problem)...but as yet I have not heard anything except from you.

When trying to pay via PayPal, my only option was to see the form in French. I then tried by Visa, but rejected. Visa called me, questioning the international transaction and then authorized. Since that part happened by phone, I assume I still get some sort of e-mail with my license and instructions?

Your loyal customers love you. We'll go to any length to figure out how to deal with 800 meg downloads, PayPal forms in French and difficult international Visa transactions.

But please keep searching for future, more user friendly ways to get burned disk options and orders for the USA.

There seems to be enormous problems between PayPal and the bank of our DL provider...this is the one last case we are having trouble with...

I'll check all pending mails first thing tomorrow morning and send links / serials to you.... sorry about the mess leure:
