This patch is cumulative since 1.01

THIS PATCH DOES NOT WORK FOR THE 1.00 VERSION, if you have not installed the Foundation Patch before.

=============================================================================
NCP Patch 1.08
November 4, 2011
=============================================================================

= New AI parameter: aiCTM_ThreatValInFow in AI.opt to help regulate AI agressivness
= Depot build bug fixed. Depots can be built with Supply or Transport Ships/Bateaux to the level defined in 2Depot.str
(where MaxLevel = 1)
= Siege, Pillage etc. icons will appear as the 2D version.
= "Unit Detail" CTD bug fixed
= New parameters in settings to regulate Automatic Experience gain. Bug fixed.
= Ammo non-consumption bug fixed.
= "Scrambled" Battle Reports bug fixed.
= There is now a stack (group) name memory. Basically when the scenario setup is created the current name is also stored. This has been done (and is very often useful) so that the name of a stack doesn't change as soon as you move a unit out of it, or the reverse. A stack will assume a new name by merging the stack into another unit or stack.
= An insidious bug with the "NotEnemy" script parameter is fixed. (This was part of the issue with the "Hortelez Supply" arriving in Enemy Ports in WIA.)
= Cavalry won't switch posture when crossing a river, even if 100% hostile MC on other side
= Bug fixed where sometimes a replacement was used from a wrong faction tag to replace an element in an unit

Updates and fixes by Bohemond are included: (Thank you!!!)
See NCP Updates.rtf for details

So far, so good.

Feedback for Austerlitz(scenario 6):
As small hint what to do with Schulmeister would be nice as it is not normal to get a spy(aka General).

Feedback for Trafalger(scenario 7):
Nothing big but in the Trafalger scenario I got the message(red newspaper message) that the French are in the Channel but I got only close to Ferrol.
Should it be that way or should it be trigger further into the Channel?
Maybe when passing Cherbourg or even better only when you are in the victory location.
BTW it should be clearly stated that 2 turns in the Channel means 2 turns in the sea zone called "Channel"(at least I guess so), it doesn't work if you are cruising in front of Dover.

For the Trafalgar scenario ;

2 turns in the Channel ; The Channel means a special area, not shown on the map, with 3 regions ; Strait of Dover, Pas de calais, Baie de somme.

French side (French, spanish or NED) must have at least 15 HeavyWarship elements (i.e subunits) in this area.

For the Austerlitz scenario ;

The spy should lower the FOW.

I agree, some hints are missing....

Thanks.
Sub-units(for example the "Formidable Squadron") not elements(like Formidable itslef)?
That would explain it, I had only 11.
Why is Baie de somme also a victory location? Doesn't seem to make much sens, at least on the first view.

Element like Formidable himself.

The Event will only fire once.

It does'nt mean Victory only a bonus in Morale (+10) and VP (+50) for Franch side and a "malus" in Morale (-10) and VP (-30) for Coalition side.

Well if 15 ships are enough I wonder why it didn't work, as said I had 11 heavy warship counters in a single fleet containing much more than 15 warships.
But if its no auto victory maybe I overlooked it.

Here some feedback for Prussian Campaign(scenario 17):
-Take a look at Kudno, its listed with a "major road" but no major road running thru.
-Klozberg has a major road running thru but only listed as "road".
-End date(last week in July 1907) of the scenario is strange because the scenario is listed as "Sep. 1806 to Aug. 1807" and the Polish Campaign runs also till the last week of August.
As "The Prussian Campaign" starts a half month earlier than the "The Thunder of Jena" scenario so it should also run a half month longer than the "The Polish Campaign" scenario because the scenario covers the two other, so middle of September 1807 seems better.
In my game the scenario ended just when I was getting into action with the Russians, that is really a bad timming.
-What are the militia replacements for? France hasn't a single Militia unit in all these early scenarios, should it be this way?

For Trafalgar Scenario ;

You need 15 HeavyWarship elements (counters) no matters how many warships you got in your Fleet.

For Prussion Campaign ;

I think these posts must be moved to Help to improve NCP sub forum. Lodi ?

Anyway, I'm going to have a look at it and let you know.
