Indeed, it has not been added to last NCP patch!
Some other troubles with Peninsular War scenario are known, so an overall fixing and improvement session over that is planned: we moved first steps in that direction...... Then, we have been overwhelmed by enthusiasm for a major improvement: use of spanish names for spanish units.
That will require a bit more time to go after it!
Anyway do not give up!
I recommend you to patch NCP to last version anyway!
