A question about flags

I've only glanced at Napoleon's Campaigns so far, but I couldn't help noticing that the Netherlands seem to be using the orange-white-blue tricolor (Oranje-blanje-bleu "Prinsevlag").
I was under the impression that this was only really in use on a wide scale during part of the 17th century, and that the correct Dutch flag was essentially the modern red-white-blue tricolor.
I can see why that choice was made, but is it really historically correct?

Flag of the
Batavian Republic red-white-blue with red division of the flag embellished with the figure of a Netherlands maiden, with a lion at her feet, in the upper left corner should be used!

Look at the History of the Low Countries here, with flags

Seems to be a complex issue as the game is from 1805 to 1815, and would need 3 flags: batavian republic, kingdom of Holland and french empire

Major troubles with flags is with COA represented by a unique flag: ex in 1813 Russian flag is used for all COA forces, in 1815 Union Jack is used for all CoA forces.
As a result you have Russian flag over any COA conquered region in 1813 scenario and Union Jack over any COA conquered region in 1815 camp.
Using the flag matching the nationality to first COA Corps to enter conquered region could be nice, but guess difficult.
I suggest to use "flanked flags" for major powers in the Coalition.
See uploaded example for 1815 camp.
Note:
I'm not Nikel. Do not expect high graphic from me!

Just to clarify, what I had in mind was only the Dutch flag of the independant principality. And yes, the Dutch need to have several changes of flag.
While Wiki sites can be very nice at times, for something like this a vexillology site like FOTW is a more controlled source.
I suppose one could always take the tack that these flags are game symbols rather than exercises in historical correctness. As much as I love the French 1805 flag, for example, if one were being strict it would only get used as a regimental flag -- the national flag (which is a fairly modern concept) should be the tricolor that we're all familiar with. The Spanish flag poses a similar problem, and many of the statelets in Germany absolutely did not have national flags in the modern sense, though something reasonably authentic vis-a-vis their coats of arms can always be cooked up and run up a flagpole for game purposes.
I'm not sure I like the concept of a coalition flag. The coalition did not exist as a separate entity, and those towns that would fly its flag were really under Prussian, Russian, or some other country's control. Having said that, the multiple flag is very nice -- but I think each region would have been under a specific army's administrative control.
