Loyalty and Enemy commands

I have two command questions.

Is there a command for evaluation of loyalty levels? I looked for an example in the existing events and couldn't find anything.

For example, I want to evaluate a region or state for loyalty greater than 30% CSA loyalty?

What command would I use?

I know there is a "NoEnemy" command which will evaluate whether a region is owned by the opposing side.

Is there a command which evaluates a region to determine if it is owned by the enemy? Perhaps, "Enemy" or use "Not NoEnemy"?

There is not, but they can prove very useful indeed. Can you remind me about that for next wednesday (by PM), I should find some 15 mn for them.

I think both commands used together would be very useful in modeling guerilla/partisan activity.

I will post and send an email on Monday or Tuesday for the following four commands:

1. Command Test for loyalty levels.
2. Command Check for enemy ownership
3. Fix for ChangeActorPool command
4. Command for adjustment of entrenchment levels.
