LocalStrings_ACW29d - cells not aligned correctly

Is this true for everyone?
Starting at the Section labeled // *** UNIT Names *** the names are shifted UP one cell for the rest of the file. For example:
// *** Units Names *** Infantry Bde (VA)
$Infantry Bde (VA) Infantry Bde (TN)
$Infantry Bde (TN) Infantry Bde (KY)
It is that way through the end in every section afterwords. the names (Infantry Bde (VA) and so on...) need to be one cell down from were they are. Simple fix and I did it already by simply adding a cell were it starts but I thought I would let you know if you get some weird results from it
