Maps zip file in the sticky

I have downloaded that monster 3 times thinking maybe my computer went into sleep mode and i lost it or something when I was away but that doesn't appear to be the case. Whenever I try to open it, it says that it doesn't appear to be a valid archive (or something similar) and to try downloading it again.
I don't need it but thought I would download it and check it out to see what it was for but am unable to open the zip file with WinZip (or any other zip program).
