I have tried to up the divisions limits for the 2 sides, but I cannot save the modified uni file... A box appears telling me I don't have the right to do so cause I am not the administrator, etc...
What can I do ?

Try to edit the files with a user account that has administrator rights?
(Brute force, less-than-ideal approach, I'll admit...

Well i have tried with wordpad and when I try to save the modded file it tells me that the "access to C\.....\90CSAdivision.uni was denied"
Is it a problem in my computer set up (1 month old computer with Vista) or do I have to enter my serial somewhere to mod the game or what ?

This is not a game issue; it's strictly a file access issue. I'm not familiar with Vista, sp I can't provide proper advice for that, but you don't need to provide anything special to be able to mod the game.

It is very frustrating to say the least.. I have checked on the web but can't find the solution...

can you delete the file (and restore it from the trash after...) ? if not you have a serious problem with rights on your computer.

you have to change the properties of the AACW folder so that it allows all users to modify the files (I am the administrator of my computer obviously, so It showed as if I was already allowed to that, but strangely it didn't work...).
Once you think about it isn't that difficult to do, but a tad annoying...
