Is it any different than in BoA? I haven't tried modding BoA since it is on a computer which no longer works but it appears to be more involved than just changing the values in an excel file. I've seen the generals and ability files for the civil war game but how are the scenario data files handled? Any chance we could see one?

Scenario files work exactly like in BOA...they are just a bit more complex
