Is there any way to address a kill command to all captured units on the map, may be for a side.

For example I'd like to kill all Supply Waggon and Artillery units French side has captured.......

with SelectSubUnits you can do that. To select the map, just don't use any area/region parameter. Select with a list of tag and families , with in column A the FRA tag.

So the parameters in column D would be:
Families $famMedArty|FactionTags AUS RUS PRU
