I found a couple of commands related to EngagementsPts.

EvalEngagementsPts

ChgFacEngagementPts

Although it's clear as those commands work as regard EP changing, I do not Know WHAT EP ARE or HOW THEY WORK WITHIN GAMES.

I searched NCP manual but not EP is mentioned there.

Thanks in advance for clarifications

You do not know what EP are? I believed you got a pretty clear picture of the thing when you posted some questions.

It's just because I do not know EP meaning I was posting!

Okay, catched it in WIA Pdf manual:

Engagement Points (EP): The 'currency' used to 'buy' options that are earned by successful combat, captures, and by Merchants in certain ocean areas.
Scenario Options: Players have an opportunity to ‘buy’ certain options (i.e. spend Engagement Points to purchase new units, get replacements, order supply, etc.)

I also catched an EnaggementPoint.OPT file in the game folders.....

All that sounds quite interesting........
But before going after major details the questionis : CAN THE FEATURE BE IMPORTED INTO NCP? :neener:

Hi Jasta
EP are used on WIA to "buy" militar and diplomatic options.
They substitute the money, conscripts etc you get on NCP to buy replacements, and other options.
On WIA you get EP points turn by turn by conquering or maintaining strategic cities, and thought the naval boxes:by maintaining merchant ships there if you are British or sending privateers if you are American.
I think EP represent the nation commitment to teh war effort. Like Britain or France sending more support and money to the colonies if the war goes well and the like,
Is that kind of explanation what you asked for? :)
Because if you need a modder answer with parameters, commands and the like i don't know anything about it :bonk: :D

For now no, it would need a slight code change.
