Setting Faction NM ?

Is there any way to set Faction NM at a value during a scenario?
Any command dedicated to it?
[color="RoyalBlue"]As a consequence of the Armistice I need to re-set NM for two sides, but the NM achived in the pre-armistice phase of the camapign.[/color]
