Is it possible to create a mod with 7 day turns as opposed to the 14 day turns we have now? Is this moddable or is this hard coded?

This is modable but way too much work for anybody to do, because you would need to change the scale of everything to keep the game balance (e.g. movement rate of units, terrain costs, etc...)
