Need help recreating the scenarios (ii)

Hi,
I got some new data from Gray_Lensman correcting railway levels in regions. This would ask editing the region files and then exporting again all current scenarios. If one of the modder has 1-2 hours to spend on that, this would help me. If not, I said it would have to wait the release of Napoleon as for now I can just fix bugs in ACW and nothing much more.
