Some History Events Mod

i try to learn how to use the events correct
April 1861 campaign
added some history events like "Lee retire from US Army, Tredegar burn, etc.)
also added money & conscription points via events
both get more money, so you can build up your army faster (also your opponent)
fell free to give feedback and advice
copy *.sct files oo ...\AGEod's American Civil War\ACW\Events
copy *.csv to ...\AGEod's American Civil War\ACW\Settings
new events only in english language
