Isn't there a file that assigns priority to the different cities for the AI? It seems to me that if Chatanooga was given the same priority as Richmond, the Union AI would make a more serious effort to take the city. And if Atlanta were to have a priority just a little lower, then maybe the AI would proceed south after taking Chatanooga.

Is this the way the AI works?

Would anyone kindly tell me which file and which columns would be the most likely to accomplish this? Thanks in advance.

Commands exist to do this, but AFAIK, none are in place for th official versions...
