I'm the Union player. I wanna experience FI in summer 1861... (Late August)
How do I mod the game accordingly?

Open the csa event file. Choose any event in 1861. Add the line ChangeForeignEntry = 100 in the Actions section of the event.

I am no fan of fiction but if you like that sort off stuff it surely could make a Union campaign more interesting.
