Crazy Question

How would I shift the installation of AACW 1.15 that I have been messing about with and create a fresh installation to test with. That wasnt the best of descriptions. I have altered some generals and a few map features, production of war supplies and city size etc. What I want to do is have a clean installation and my adjusted installation on the machine at the same time - How is this done and how once it is do I chop and change between the two? Any help would be useful
