I've got a problem here... I've lost most of the PDF that were available on the old GI website but managed to got my hands on some of them, despite the recent death of that old site.
Except that pdf file where Nations were described with their deaths, changes and so on. Does anyone still have that file?
Philtib and or Calvinus perhaps?
