Vista and DivX

I went ahead and bought this game, hoping that it would work on Vista anyways. So fr I've not had any problems with it.
Anyways this installed fine, but wont run. It says that I have a problem with DivX. I have the lastest version of this installed.
Do you have any idea what I should do?
