Minor activation bug 109d

I ve reported in my current game another activation BUG. Still 1.09d

I have an ACTIVATED Leader merged with a brigade. In the stack there are also 3 brigaded-leaders more.

I separate all of them.

Then I merge again the ACTIVATED leader with another brigade.

The final result is an UN-ACTIVATED leader.

I ve tried several times--- leader in command or not... brigade with leader activated or not....

...

Finally i ve found the problem... Seems as if the brigades merged with -not activated - leaders get some extra "skill" for the turn -> make leader unactive.

So.. If I separate an un-activated leader, his brigade also unactivates any leader who merges with it.

I believe this is fixed in 1.09e
