Another bug?

In PBEM game April 1861, where I'm not the host, on turn 12 Banks was sent via rail to join Meagher at Culpeper (2.JPG).
This is where he ends up after turn execution (1.JPG)
I've rechecked his path to be sure there's no mistake from my side.
Bug?

I don't know. There was an occasional bug in 1.07 where units were jumping around strangely at times.
If it is a bug, you need to post the files for both turns here, not just photos.

Since I'm not hosting I'll tell my opponent to upload files.

Here are the TRN and ORD files, zipped up, for both the Union and CSA for turns 12 and 13. No idea why Banks is winding up in Ohio.

That's a tricky one indeed. What I see is that Banks is targetting a leader at turn 12, and is targetting another at turn 13, as he is with rail move on, he traced the leader during hosting, moving at full speed. What I don't explain is why he target one at turn 12 and another at turn 13, perhaps he was fooled (and the code too) by multiple stacks manipulations.
I'm unsure I can trace it back, really, but I need the hst file if you feel this is important.

OK, here is the HST.
Torca has halted our PBEM until this gets resolved, so its either something that needs to be fixed in the TRN directly or the bug needs to be fixed.

At the time I was using 1.08c. In the meantime I've upgraded to 1.08d and tried to execute turn 12 as CSA. Another strange thing have happened! After execution game states it's turn 14!!?
It's kinda pointless to continue in this situation with entire Northeastern Virginia Army right flank on the way to Kentucky.
This is not really a problem since we can always start a new game. Just wanted to post strange occurrence.

The new bug is not one, as the host file is for turn 13, not 12. I would need turn 12 HST file.

Sorry this one is from turn 1... backup1 is the backup of the turn before the one you are, so it should be the correct one.

Here is the newly processed turn. I'm a bit stuck here, as I see that Banks is indeed ordered to do something, but get lost targetting someone else

. So I corrected the symptom and he has headed toward Meagher as requested, but I'm unsure of the cause of the error.
Hope it will allow you to continue your game though...

Thnx Pocus for the remarkable effort! Banks is not exactly where I wanted him to be but at least he's not in Kentucky.
I did some experimenting and turn execute right if I lock Banks and send him to Culppeper without joining anyone, also Milroy has to be locked and set not join anyone.
