1.07f, no railroad at Prince George, VA

Can't travel to Petersburg via railroad. Map say there's a railroad there.

I just noticed this aswell - seems to be I can go from Richmond to Suffolk no problem But Not moving units from South to Petersburg

I can even blow up a rail there, repair it but no travel. Can someone post the number of the region so it can be fixed?
Also I've noticed another strange bug. Cavalry unit was suppose to blow up a railroad at Cumberland, PA but after turn was executed twisted rail icon appeared at Gettysburg region.
