Negley has a new alias

I just made Negley a division leader in the place of Clarksville, TN aka Montgomery county on the map. His new name is Col E Ness.
Note: This is also the place where the game moved T. Crittendon to the NC bermuda triangle. Think this spot on the map is haunted.
