Doubled Virginia unit in Campaign Game

We have a doubled unit in the early campaign game.
1st VA Reserve Brigade. Appears as a solo unit in, I think, late May. Appears again in late June or July, this time with three other units. Images below provide more info. Unit has same subcommander and elements, although slightly different strengths.
