Just my two cents. I built a IL gunboat and it ended up not in cairo or on a linked river but in Chicago. Utterly usueless for the cause....Any way to keep them from getting built in Chicago?

Best used while listening to Bruce Springstein's version of the song by the same name. Except in winter when it is frozen.

I made a correction in the other thread. It is the "Ohio & Erie canal" not the other way 'round.
