Just my two cents. I built a IL gunboat and it ended up not in cairo or on a linked river but in Chicago. Utterly usueless for the cause....Any way to keep them from getting built in Chicago?

From Jabberwock in another thread about this situation...

"It is the Erie & Ohio Canal; runs from Erie, PA to the Allegheny River at Franklin (Centre), PA. The Erie Canal, which is also shown on the map but not functional, runs east from Buffalo and connects with the Mohawk River near Utica. Hence much of the confusion. It took me a long time to find this feature, because of all the references to the Erie Canal."

Best used while listening to Bruce Springstein's version of the song by the same name. :siffle: Except in winter when it is frozen.

I made a correction in the other thread. It is the "Ohio & Erie canal" not the other way 'round.
