Unit Details Tool-Tips

Just found out that tool-tips for the Unit Detail box are active.
We can start writing up descriptions for all the different unit types.
It's works similar to the leader bio tool-tip.

I won't be able to 'cause I'm writing 150 Union Leader bios.
