Unit ledger improvement request

I have a minor request that I think most players would find helpful.

In the Ledger, under the forces Listing screen, would it be possible to add the padlock icon to units that are locked in their position? I know that you can filter using that criteria, but it would be nice to be able to see it. I imagine that this could be implemented through the entire AGE as well, so that it would work for all of the games.

AFAIK, this would involve some sgnificant dev time, which is prioritized elsewhere.

So, nice idea, but not soon.

Wow I'm surprised anyone actually uses this feature. Why not just cycle through the units on the main map using the shortcut keys? It is many times faster and easier. Does anyone else really use the roster???? And if so why?

The ledger gives you a quick overview, for one thing.

Also, cycling through units using the shortcut keys it's possible to miss units that are set to sentry status.

Anyway, your reply seems to imply that the ledger shouldn't be used, which is something that I find curious. It's a tool that has some utility, certainly.

I use the ledger to look at general rankings, seniority. That's about all. Otherwise I use e, r, t, y, and I should know where all of my units are in my mind!

I use it almost exactly the same as Charlesonmission. Occasionally, I "lose" a unit, and use the ledger to find it. But it's mostly for generals and their seniority.

True, that's what I usually use it for as well.
It'd be nice if it were more useful. It provides a decent overview as is (it helps ensure you don't forget any units), it would just be nice for it to provide a bit more "at a glance" information.

If you guys don't want to use it, that's fine by me.

I was just curious if there was some feature that I was missing :)
