Another "On to Richmond" type Event

Might it not be beneficial - at least against the AI - to have a couple, or more, "On to Richmond"-type events that fire depending on morale levels and/or other factors during the game? I am talking about during campaign games ...
Union - On to Vicksburg -- in 1863
CSA - Northern invasion in eastern theater --- also in 1863
etc.
Maybe?
